- Wash the garment by hand or in the washing machine max. at 40 °C only with neutral / delicate detergents, free of oxidants and optical bleaches.
- Do not use chlorine-based additives (bleach / bleach): they may oxidise the silver fiber, deactivating it.
- Do not use washer-dryer machine, it could increase the roughness of the fabric.
- Do not use fabric softeners.

Follow this quick guide to help you take your measurements correctly:
- CHEST: take a deep breath and place the initial part of the measuring tape right under your armpit. Now take it all around your chest.
- WAIST: make a circumference with the measuring tape starting just above the navel.
- PELVIS: make a circumference by starting to measure at the protruding buttock bone.
